This Privacy Policy sets out the principles governing the collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data by Lead Creators LTD, a company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Poland, in connection with the operation of its website and the provision of digital marketing services. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) as well as the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with the use of the website, communication initiated through the website, requests for marketing services, and other interactions between users and the Company.
